FLUKE-754 DPC AND 750SW DPCTRACK2 BUNDLE PACKAGE The Fluke 754 series process calibrators are power multifunction documenting calibrators that download procedures, lists, and instructions created with software, or upload data for printing, archiving, and analysis. The Fluke 754 also features a powerful built in HART interface capable of performing nearly all tasks with a separate communicator. The 754 does the work of several tools; it sources, simulates and measures pressure, temperature, and electrical signals all in one rugged, hand-held device. It has an advanced graphical screen, and Li-on battery for longer life. For documentation, the 754 automates calibration procedures and captures your data. It also helps you meet rigorous standards like ISO 9000, FDA, EPA and OSHA regulations. The Fluke 754 has HART communication capability that is combined to deliver an integrated communicating calibrator. The Fluke 700 PMP has a 1/8" FNPT output fitting and a linear stroke of 4 cm.
The pump incorporates a needle valve for venting and a volume adjust vernier for precision pressure adjustment.

The Fluke 700HTP-1 is a hand operated hydraulic pressure pump designed to generate calibration pressures up to 10,000 psi/690 bar.

It is designed for use with the Fluke 700 series high pressure modules.

The Fluke 700HTP-1 hydraulic test pump is ideal for calibration when connected to a Fluke high pressure module via the reference port.
The 700HTP-2 uses distilled water or mineral-based hydraulic oil as a source for calibration of high pressure input devices such as pressure transmitters or pressure gauges.

The Fluke 700HTP-1 can also be used with the Fluke 717 pressure calibrators.
The Fluke 700HTP-1 hydraulic test pump has many features including a variable size stroke adjustment, which allows the user to vary the volume and pressure per stroke
An integral pressure adjustment vernier knob allows for fine pressure adjustment.

The Fluke 700HTP-1 has two 1/4 inch NPT pressure ports, one for reference (pressure module or gauge) and one for the unit under test.
The Fluke 700HPT-1 can be directly connected to a pressure module which consolidates two separate pieces into one when performing pressure calibration and testing.

The user must provide a hose with the appropriate end fittings (Fluke-700HTH-1) to apply pressure from the unit under test port to the calibration unit under test.

PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE KIT - The Fluke 700PRV-1 pressure relief valve kit consists of a relief valve settable from 725 to 5800 PSI (50 to 200 bar) to be used with the 700HTP-1 Hydraulic Test Pump. The 1/8" NPT male thread to fits directly into the Fluke 700HTP-1 pressure pump. The Fluke 700PRV-1 pressure relief valve kit uses a multi-turn adjustment screw to set preload on internal disc springs. This relief valve will protect the most commonly used Fluke pressure modules and pressure instruments from damage due to accidental over-pressurization. With a repeatability of 10% of the nominal setting, the Fluke 700PRV-1 pressure relief valve kit is preset at 2,900 PSI (200 bar) and is adjustable from 725 to 5800 PSI (50 to 200 bar). One adjustable relief valve and an instruction sheet are included with this Fluke kit.
